HOUSE RULES

Our House Rules lay out what we expect from everyone at Dulcet parties and related events. Safety is the priority, and these rules cover the whole room, our team, guests, partners, and anyone else on site. This eliminates all guesswork so everyone can just enjoy the party.

PRIVACY

Photography and video recordings are prohibited for the general audience. No phones on the dance floor! Prior to entry, attendees’ phone cameras will be covered for the duration of the event. Exclusive permissions are granted to NewCo staff who reserve the right to record occasional promotional material.

ENTRY

Guests that arrive visibly intoxicated or demonstrate aggression will be denied access. Minimum age for entry as a guest is 21. In order to gain access to the event, the door host and security will require ID to enter. No outside food or drink is permissible. There is no dress code. Come as you are! 

RESPECT

We have a zero tolerance policy for any form of discrimination, harassment, assault, and violence - physically or verbally. Our Awareness team will be present at all parties to further support safety and inclusion.

CARE

Community Care will always be a priority at NewCo. At every party, this spot doesn’t guarantee entry by default. Our door hosts and security staff reserve the right to decide whether our house & entry rules are being respected. We look forward to seeing you on the dance floor! 

GUST LIST & RE-ENTRY

If you are on the guest list you will be allowed a plus one that can be with you on the queue. Plus one guests will be required to pay full price. Any additional guests will be asked to enter through the regular queue — there will be no exceptions. Our door hosts and security staff reserve the right to decide whether our house & entry rules are being respected.

HEALTH & SAFETY

If you're feeling sick, please be considerate of fellow guests and stay at home. Please note that NewCo utilizes lighting that may be dangerous for people with a sensitivity for seizures, epilepsy or who’ve had stroke(s). NewCo cannot be held responsible for any injuries resulting from this. We are obligated to uphold the law and call first responders if necessary.
